Yesterday I went to view a van at The Van Yard after exchanging messages with Jordan. I was looking for a van with the intention to convert it into a camper and told Jordan what I was after. He took the time to send photos, videos and all of the history over before I made the journey. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless and straightforward. It’s the first time I’ve ever been to a dealer to look at a vehicle and not felt pressured at all to buy. Jordan showed me around the vehicle and then left me, told me to take as much time as I needed and if I had any questions I could go and get him. It gave me the time to thoroughly look the vehicle over and to decide if it was right for me without being hassled or pressured into making a rushed decision. I ended up leaving with the van the same afternoon. Absolutely love it. The guys were really professional and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be recommending them and will be returning when looking for another vehicle in the future.
